2026 YEAR 7 SCHOLARSHIPS 

Cecil Andrews College is committed to recognising and nurturing young talent. We offer a range of scholarship opportunities for students who demonstrate strong potential and a keen interest in the following areas:

  • Performing Arts

  • Visual Arts

  • Digital Technologies

  • AFL

  • Academic Extension

Our scholarships are designed to support and encourage students who are passionate about developing their skills and excelling in their chosen field.

We are now inviting applications for our 2026 scholarships.  Cecil Andrews College scholarships cover voluntary contributions and compulsory charges for Year 7, to the value of $200.00.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We encourage applications from students who:

  • Are currently in Year 6

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and talent in one or more of the eligible areas

  • Are eager to grow within a supportive and inspiring learning environment

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2025

  • Be eligible to apply for and meet the criteria for entry into the Year 7 Academic Extension Program in 2025;
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and be highly motivated to seek excellence;
  • Exhibit an outstanding work ethic;
  • Demonstrate the aptitude through reports to achieve their personal best;
  • Have aspirations to seek higher education at tertiary level; and
  • Be prepared to actively participate in competitions.

Students offered a place in the Academic Extension Program can attend the College even if they do not live in the area.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants are required to:

  • Submit the Scholarship Application Form to Cecil Andrews College by Friday 21 November 2025.
  • Provide the following supporting documentation to assist in the selection process:

Essential documents:

  • Copy of the most recent Academic School Reports (Semester 1, 2025);
  • Copy of the most recent NAPLAN Test Results (from Year 5);

Highly recommended documents:

  • Competition or School Awards;
  • Certificates of Academic, Cultural or Sporting Performance

Short listed applicants may be requested to attend an interview.
