By ensuring our staff are engaged in high quality professional learning, we are investing in the provision of opportunities for each student to be their best.

Teaching staff and college leaders undergo professional learning, which takes into account their individual needs and aspirations as well as their performance against the AITSL Standards for teachers and college leaders.

Each staff member develops a detailed professional learning and development plan, which also takes into account the college Business Plan, our college priorities and the evidence which we regularly review about student performance. All aspects of our professional learning program are coordinated through our professional learning framework known as PROPELL.
